Our experience with Monty started off rough with equipment of theirs breaking during a septic and drainfield installation last year. We called them today b/c things were backing up and we thought something went wrong with their install. This was time sensitive as we had a showing in the afternoon. Not only did they make room for us and put in a same-day rush service for us, but they did the job quick. They also explained the entire process to us so that we would know exactly what happened and how to prevent this from happening in the future.
