They were just here, but I expect we will be happy with the service, for one big reason. We had another company out [I'll call them "JCD"] twice in the past couple years. The last time was only five months ago, but our septic was backing up again, despite being very careful about usage. I wanted a different company this time, and chose Monty Sanitation. The big difference? JCD accessed and pumped the main chamber both times. This time, Monty Sanitation accessed a secondary chamber, not accessed by JCD, that I did not even know existed. Called them on a Sunday and first thing Monday morning they called back and got someone out that afternoon. The guys that came went above and beyond after they went to take off my septic lid and it was so old it completely was cracked in half and half fell into my septic tank. Not only did they go down and get it out but they went back to the shop and brought back a new lid within an hour and a half. Definitely won't call anyone else for my septic needs.

The two gentlemen who responded were professional and worked efficiently. They answered all my question. Upon opening my septic tank they immediately recognized what the problem was and corrected the issue without any additional charges. They did not try to sell me a new larger system but informed me that my 900 gallon system was adequate for my home size. With the correction they made to the filter and pipe, with my regular maintenance I should not experience the problem again.
