I have never met them. They come in after hours and clean my office space. They email me prior to their arrival and then email me the receipt for payment. They respond to email inquiries and schedule changes promptly. They do an excellent job! I know this sounds like an odd set up, but it works for me and I don’t have any issues trusting them.

I can’t say enough great things about Team 14 - Licet and Danay with Molly Maids! My husband and I have been so busy and it is such a relief to have a spotless home thanks to MM. The attention to detail is impeccable! They even cleaned my dog’s stairs up to the bed, cabinets, and my front door! We will definitely be scheduling again soon.
