Tech Eric came today for AC maintenance. He recommended UV light at a cost of $1,600. He quoted that price 10 times plus he also said that price to two of my neighbors today. After he left he emailed me a quote of $1,615.50. I called the office to ask why there is a price difference. They told me that $1,615.50 is a discount and that they would not honor my quoted price of $1,600. I recommend you get a written estimate before the tech leaves the house. They have lost me as a customer.
