“The check in process was a bit surprising. We had an apt. for 4:30 and arrived at 4:36. We stood in line for another six minutes because there was only one person to check us in. When it was our turn to sign in the receptionist said our apt was at 4:30 and we might have to reschedule. I let him know we were only six minutes late, but had to stand in line for another six minutes. I didn't feel we could cut in line. He then told us he would have to check with the doctor to see if we could still keep our appointment because we were scheduled for a 15 min apt and are only allowed a 5 min grace time. Wow! Thankfully, we did get to see the doctor.“
