I am an athlete. I play hockey for The Lady Everblades and skate with an edge coach, golf, ski, rollerblade, play soccer, slalom waterski, and a plethora of other sports. Eva and Lisa are the best! They know anatomy and where the muscles need releasing! I injured my lower body from my groin around the hip to the back of my glute. They are rehabbing it, and it is wonderful! I broke my hand about a week and a half ago, and that seems to be healing quicker because of Eva and Lisa! They can get the blood flowing and know places on my body to heal the injuries! When I call for an appointment, they answer the phone saying, "Hi Karen!" I LOVE MASSAGE #7!

After so many massage places and masseuses, so many disappointments over the years, I finally found THE ONE today: Helen at Massage 7. Incredible. Deep focused pressure with elbows, fingers and amazing control of heels of her feet while slow manuever walking on my buttocks, hamstrings and calves. Helen is the antidote for my chronic tendon and muscle tightness. I hope she stays here always and forever!
