The service here is always great for me. Normally I schedule an appointment, but this time I was in the area & decided to drop in. I did have to wait because they were busy, but the wait wasn't that long. The receptionist kept checking on me to let me know that someone would be with me, she was very professional.

I’m a snowbird and when I first came to Naples I used a different nail salon. Luxury Nails is the best nail salon I have ever been to. My technician’s name is Teagan. She is so kind and sweet and does an amazing job on my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon. Excellent!!!!

? be aware they are controlling the bad reviews. I try to leave a bad one and it’s not letting me when you put five stars. Yes you can. As soon as you wanna leave a bad review, it says error ? Very disappointed with the service I asked for a fine line French pedicure she gave me this thick French. I told her please make it thin she said oh I will file it in the end and my nails were already short so she couldn’t file anything , the water was cold she didn’t even wash my feet properly
