I shopped around big box stores, another few flooring places and the only place that actually gave helpful / attentive service was here. I like the large variety of flooring and the service from William was A1 , nonjudgemental and caring from beginning to end.

I recently visit your store, and my experience has been amazing. William Corredor, has made this possible. Thanks to his friendly and very professional manner of doing business had made my experience so much easier! Regarless of being shorthanded at the store, he took the time to provide excellent customer service experience, always with smile and a positive attitude.Overall, this was an incredible experience and i will highly recommend LL flooring to all my friends and family!Thank you William!!!!

We were very satisfied with the whole process. We could find the flooring we wanted, product delivered on time and installer did a great job. Also, LL was the best of 4 different bids we got.
