This was my first time at this salon. It is a beautiful salon. The service was great! I was accommodated without an appointment with ease. Chris did my nails and was so detailed. Very happy with how they look. Looking forward to my next visit!!!
I had a basic gel pedicure and manicure. The nail tech did a good job, and I was happy with the service. However, I strongly dislike service based businesses that don't tell you that they only accept cash tips until after the service is complete. I paid with a credit card, and THEN the nail tech said they couldn't process a tip on the card - it had to be cash. I said I didn't have cash, and they guy working reception told me I could use the ATM that was behind me. ATMs charge fees and then my bank charges a fee, so I didn't want to do that. I’ve been going to Le Luxe Nail Bar for over a year now. Jerry is one of the best nail techs I’ve had. Always does a great job with my nails and always great service. Also nice to have a complimentary glass of Prosecco!
Requested style: Whenever I have a specific picture of something I want they always match it!
