I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and for the past 6 months I’ve been seeing Estefany — and let me tell you, she’s great! She’s super professional, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during my laser sessions. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients.
First timer here for laser hair removal and I absolutely had the best experience with Shelby at the Naples location! She was a complete sweetheart, made me feel comfortable and eased all of my first-time worries. I made sure to book her for future appointments and am already looking forward to the next session! I can see why Laser by Nicole was recommended highly across the community Facebook pages!
I have been going to Laser by Nicole since December now. I am of Latin descent and have thick, dark hair. I have seen AMAZING results! More than that, my technician Sam has been so sweet and has done a fabulous job. Recently, I ran into some scheduling issues and called in to get a last minute appointment... I called in and Nicole (the owner herself) personally helped look for any cancellations each day this week to see if she could squeeze me in before I left for a trip. She went above and beyond for me. This is the place to go for laser. Highly recommend! You can't go wrong with Laser by Nicole and will be so glad you started your laser journey!
