Josh did excellent work — he called to let us know when he was on his way and had already familiarized himself with previous notes on our unit so he could get right to work. There is definitely a reason Key to Cool has the ratings they do. We live in fiddlers creek and had another company that just did not have the same expertise . Technician Josh did our maintenance update and he was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and informative. We really feel we have a good plan to keep my cooling system operating as efficiently as possible moving forward. There is nothing more in important in FL then your AC and you will be in great hands with Key to Cool. ( they are so trustworthy ) Keep up the good work Thank you
