Wrote a contract for a dock with them and then they unilaterally raised the price after putting down a deposit. The contract had no provision for increasing prices. They refused to return the deposit. Classic example of bait and switch. Would not work with them again.

I have worked with J&M Boatlift twice; both times they exceeded my expectations. My first experience was to have them change a boat lift designed for a "V" bottom boat to a Pontoon. They repair was very reasonably prices and done to perfection and on time. Most recently, they installed a dock with lift at my new home in Esplanade Lakes in Fort Myers, FL. Needed lift bunks for my tritoon pontoon boat. Items were ordered and shipped quickly at a real reasonable price. The quality of the items bypassed my expectations. The owner and employees were extremely helpful. Would definitely be doing business again. Thanks
