My husband and I cant say enough about how J&M puts their customer first! From the very beginning of our process right to the very end was a real great experience. From Jeff coming out to meet us to tell us what really we need and should get for our dock decision, Kim in the office always answering calls and email in a timely matter and NOT with any attitude of us bothering her. She really listened and got us answers in a very timely matter. Then we get a knock at your door after everything is completed by a young man from J&M with a gift showing their appreciation. I have worked with J&M Boatlift twice; both times they exceeded my expectations. My first experience was to have them change a boat lift designed for a "V" bottom boat to a Pontoon. They repair was very reasonably prices and done to perfection and on time. Most recently, they installed a dock with lift at my new home in Esplanade Lakes in Fort Myers, FL. The installation looks great and I have received quite a few compliments! The installation team did a great job and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend J&M Boatlift and Repair. Needed lift bunks for my tritoon pontoon boat. Items were ordered and shipped quickly at a real reasonable price. The quality of the items bypassed my expectations. The owner and employees were extremely helpful. Would definitely be doing business again. Thanks
