We had an issue where we felt we kept getting pushed back. In the end, I believe it was a front desk error while the owner was out with the flu. I called to cancel, we had had enough. They cancelled our order for a new drainfield.
What came next is what separates good companies from the bad. The owner called, explained everything to us, and then made things right. Although in the end we didn't go with them since we already had another company lined up, I will make sure to choose JC Drainfield when we need service done again. Called on February 18, 2025 spoke with Chase she immediately scheduled us within the same day. This company is excellent professional, and all of the above will definitely call them back to pump out my septic tank reasonable prices.
