Great job to the whole Impact Storm Protection team!!(Eric, Lavan, Stephanie, and James)Ordering the windows took some time due to the fact that our home has custom sized windows. And, Hurricane Irma also decided to delay our installation by paying us a visit the EXACT WEEK the windows and doors were supposed to be installed!But, finally the house looks brand new and is not only well insulated but also very sound proof as well. We love the windows and doors and can't thank the Impact Storm team enough.Thank you for beautifying our home and making it safe from intense storms and rains!!!

Dec 2017: I cannot say enough positive things about this company and give them a 5++++++ for responsiveness, workmanship, and professionalism. Three floor-to-ceiling Pella windows/door needed to be replaced in our home after hurricane Irma. Pella referred me to Eric Crews for the installation. Within 24 hours of my call to him, he was at our home and provided an estimate of the work by the next day. Such responsiveness is to be expected in normal circumstances, but after hurricane Irma, NO ONE was returning calls throughout Naples, FL. That fact alone is worth kudos. Eric and Stephanie were terrific in coordinating the installation with the delivery of the windows/door.... read full review
