I was recently asked to obtain several cleaning quotes and HMI was the first to respond. And the first to show up. Steve was very professional, showed up on time for our appointment and took photos and notes during the entire walk-through. We ultimately decided to move forward with a different company, but after seeing the negative reviews about HMI (regarding something that was out of the company’s hands) - I felt the need to leave a review about their punctuality and eagerness to work. Highly recommend.I don’t see why there is so much hate , this company does a great job !Is it sad about the tiger yes , but there no reason to ruin a company over a single person’s stupidity.There is a lot of company’s that hire people and then have to fire them due to them finding out they will not work out . Do you think this company kept this employee? Probably not! Stop this hate and stop running a company due to a singular person!
