We are on vacation in Marco Island, and went to have massages today, myself, my wife, and my daughter. There was a little bit of a mixup with the booking, but the receptionist, Keaunna, was so helpful. She helped us resolve the problem. Twice she said to us “thank you for letting me do this“ But really we are the ones who should be thanking her. Not only was the massage relaxing, but thanks to Keaunna the entire experience was a pleasure.
