Have used them 3 times now- very efficient, professional and communication is outstanding. They schedule the appt, text you when on the way with the techs info and picture and tech calls. Followup was great- issue resolved. Will never use anyone else.
We want to thank Bob Miller for his visit today. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our elevator and resolved it, made several adjustments to improve performance, and gave us a much needed orientation on basic operating procedures. Excellent service! Thank you Bob.
They got me on the schedule pretty quickly for our broken elevator. Robert arrived on time and was very professional and explained what the issue was with our elevator. He has a lot of experience in elevator service and knowledge. They are sending me a quote for what needs to be fixed so I will have to leave another review after the elevator is up and running. Would definitely recommend them so far.
