Greenscapes began service in September 2025, and since then Summit Place Community has seen tremendous improvement. The property has been beautifully maintained and thoroughly inspected for weeds, with careful pruning and trimming that has given our community a cleaner, more organized appearance.
We have received so many compliments on the mulch installation, and the overall organization and execution of the project have been outstanding. The crew is friendly and professional — they wave every day and are always courteous to residents, which truly makes a difference.

Carlos the manager has been absolutely amazing with help regarding our landscape in orange blossom. Our HOA is useless and so rude to us in our subassociation. He always responds professionally and promptly to our questions and we are really looking forward to finally having a landscape company & Carlos the manager here to help us. Thank you again.
