OK. So if you have been in SW FL a while, you know that the best contractors are the ones with a track record. Greenling Roofing is a Naples family and they worked hard on my project to earn this review.The quote covered rot that they knew was there, from experience. Once they did demo, they found a bit more than any of us expected. They just took pictures, did the work, expertly, and all the work was within the scope of the original quote. No surprises.This company works like a family that wants to maintain a good reputation in their hometown. Grade A and the work looks great! Thanks guys!

The survey of our roof damage was done by *** Greenling. The quote came in under the estimate my insurance company provided. *** showed up on time and was very professional. Our only challenge was that our roof tile had been discontinued by the manufacturer. *** worked with me to source the tile from a distributor.It took a few months before Greenling was able to schedule the work, but they kept me up to date all along the way. My job wasn't an emergency and they had plenty of those jobs to get to first from hurricane ***. Greenling did a great job on our new tile roof on Marco Island. After the job, we had a problem with cement staining some of our tiles. Incredibly, soon after I reported it, Greenling sent several men out to solve the problem without any pushback. They worked on it many days and it now it looks great.
