I recently took my daughter to Great Clips, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with Alba. My daughter has special needs, and hair washing can be a real sensory challenge. Alba was phenomenal—she made sure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way. She did a gentle double wash, deep conditioning, and detangled with so much patience and care. Alba’s kindness and understanding of sensory sensitivities truly made the experience wonderful. We’re so grateful and will definitely be back—Alba is a gem!

Took our 3 year old to get a hair cut and I was worried my daughter’s inability to sit still was going to cause a disaster of a haircut but the stylist took her time and the haircut came out beautiful, perfect layers and even across the back! Would go back!

Janet Salazar did a simply amazing job cutting my hair on 9/13 at the Naples Pebblebrooke location. The scissor cut had high precision and uniformity with a rounded clipper finish on the sides and back. This was the best cut I have ever had!
