Amanda was AMAZING. She was very friendly, professional, and gave me wonderful advice on caring for my damaged hair. Even though they were closing soon, Amanda still ensured I had a quality cut and never made me feel rushed. Will be going back here next time I'm back in Naples!

Came in for a light trim along the sides and a bit off the top. When I asked the hairdressers to do this she completely messed up and decided just to go with it and continue to shave my hair which is now 4 inches shorter and uneven. When the other hairdresser tried to fix what had already been done she used the excuse that it was just her style and she does it differently. Completely unprofessional and a botched haircut. Wish I could give 0 stars never coming back.

The guy working his name was jon,The most unprofessional employee I’ve ever had to deal with. As soon as we walked in the gentleman demanded our 2 year old son has to wear a mask for the county mandate. If you have any literacy you know the mask mandate are for ages 6 and up. The second we walked in he was defensive as he noticed it was to cut a kids hair. This man needs to be reprimanded or terminated as he has no customer service at all. We will never bring our business to great clips in Bonita beach store.DO NOT COME HERE!
