Monica was amazing! Even though my appointment started a little later than scheduled and I was having a full highlight and root color done, she was incredibly patient, listened carefully to what I wanted, and shared her opinions and recommendations. I really appreciated that she never rushed through the process—it was clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work.
P.S. I've also had my hair done by Tori in the past, and she is wonderful as well.
