We worked with Fara & she was great! It's so nice to work with a company like this! They installed weeks sooner than we anticipated & the time frame given was between 2:00-4:00 & they called at 12:00 & said they could come earlier if it was ok & would be here at 12:30! It was awesome. They did a wonderful job & the installer even adjusted our door that had been rubbing the ground & we didn't even ask him to do it, he just did it on his own. We will definitely refer this company!!!

I’m a little late with this post but The doors I’ve brought from Glass by Design are tremendously beautiful. The people that works there, are really amazing people. They are very kind and patient. Willing to listen and work with you through the whole process. I would like to say thank you to Mia Aviles, Tiffany Kent, Kevin Johnson,,Trevor and John. You guys does awesome work!!! Thank you again

Throughout the entire process from design selection to installation, everyone was great! Specifically: John, Kevin, and Trevor were very responsive and helpful. Additionally, after all was completed, the owner of the company, Bonnie, reached out to make certain I was happy. Truly, excellent customer service from the entire staff and the owner of Glass Design. I highly recommend Glass Design.
