Reading the negative reviews I feel like these people have never been in the store. This is a great local store that we all should support. Dave has the best acoustic selection in Naples in my opinion. He has been super helpful both times i've been in. Yesterday I went in to buy a new acoustic guitar. I had my 3 and 6 year old boys with me which was not ideal, but Dave was very patient. He addressed me as soon as I walked in the door to help. He let me pick up and play any guitar I wanted and even tuned each one for me. I made my decision and purchased the guitar, simple as that. I’ve visited this store a few times now, almost always on the fly. Although I am not in Naples for long periods of time, I keep a (relatively inexpensive) guitar there, should I want to play. Unfortunately, given lengthy periods the instrument sits, there is often a problem. The gentleman at Gator Music is always very helpful and does a great job fixing the problem in an efficient and cost-effective manner. A very nice guy to boot!

Given the responses from the owner on some of these complaints makes me want to check out the place. No nonsense is good business. It’s also hilarious in a day and age when everyone is afraid to offend -this guy has balls of steel Looking for a bass cab and hoping they have some in. Cheers
