We used five star red cleaning for 7 years, but were very shocked at the unprofessional way they dumped us. My mother is recovering from a hip fracture and asked them to use a product, which she purchased, that would make the floor less slippery. The second reason she cited as to why she was dismissing us was our $2000 glass front door that shattered the last time they were at our house. My mother replaced the glass through our homeowners insurance, but when we asked Carmen if she knew what happened we were dropped. It’s sad we were treated this way after being a good customer.
