As a 66 year old sedentary women I was concerned about how my lack of balance, strength and stamina was impacting my life style and could tell it was going downhill. My daughter found angela for me and I am just wrapping up a 16 week session with her. She is the PERFECT trainer! She developed a program that incrementally stretched me, while helping me build my confidence. She knew when to gently push me harder and when to introduce new exercises to keep me building my strength. In top of this, she is a caring, compassionate person who is dedicated to helping people. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Angela's clinical expertise, knowledge and skills allowed her to take the information she gathered from my physical assessment and medical history to develop a personalized fitness program based on my needs and goals. After two back injuries she literally took me from the inability to get down to or up from the floor to living an active lifestyle without fear of another injury. Now I enjoy solo functional strength training including weights and machines and a variety of fitness classes at my gym. I’ve started and stopped with many trainers over the years and have never had the positive experience I’ve had with Angela. No matter how many trainers I’ve told that it’s taken me a long time to get so out of shape and I don’t expect to turn it around in a session or two (and I always add, don’t hurt me or I won’t be back), Angela is the first one who’s listened. What started as a way of helping me recover more quickly from a scheduled knee replacement has ended up as a lifestyle change…including canceling my surgery because although I’ve still got old knees, they no longer cause me constant pain.
