Walked in today for the first time to the counter area. Each customer that walked in knew the wise man behind the counter. They all joked like friends. Think it was pretty easy to tell that my knowledge of plumbing was minimal. The guy walked me to the aisle, gave me the adapter thingy I needed, and just shook my hand and wished me well. I almost can't wait for something more serious to break in my house so I need to go back.

I came in with a incorrectly threaded shower arm (Amazon) which wouldn't screw into the mating part. The sales agent took the initiative to re-thread the arm and fixed my problem. 2 thumbs way up!!!
