Brenda & Teresa are always professional & courteous. Always a pleasure entering the place. Brenda is always up front with me on how long my clothes will be ready & she’s always on point.
Teresa has done alterations for me & has taken her no time.
I’m happy that they’re there & living so close is a plus as well.
I could not be happier using this cleaners . Dalia has been outstanding with my alterations . More than superior . Michelle is always friendly and professional always in her manner . And Kim has been very helpful always and extremely pleasing . It is a privilege to work with all of these ladies .
I have been going to the Naples Walk for a very long time. Kim and Michelle consistently provide excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. I inadvertently left a garment behind and they call right away to let me know and I have also left a belt on a dress and they kept it aside safely until I picked up the following week.
