I went to the store while returning home from kayaking. The frame screw holding the lens in failed and Alex replaced the frame and discovered some scratches when the lens was cleaned. They ordered some new lens all while I waited. I was in the store maybe 15 minutes.

Eye Glass World came to our rescue! We are vacationing in Florida and my husband lost his glasses to the ocean! We worked with Allie and she was amazing! Very personable and eager to help!! We ended up leaving with a pair of prescription sunglasses and new glasses in about 2 hours time and now we can enjoy the rest of our vacation!! Highly recommend shopping at Eye Glass World!!

Amazing staff, amazing service. Their's so much great things I could say. Long story short, I came in at 5pm today after dropping my glasses in the ocean. I was greeted and helped immediately. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They managed to really help me out and make me 2 new pairs of glasses within 1 hour. Seriously immpressive. I'm a electrician. I seriously need my glasses. They helped me out so much.
