The employees were very professional and did an excellent job. They were clean, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The manager responded to my call and handled my needs fast, I was worked into their schedule the next day. I signed a maintenance agreement with them so they can care for my AC and catch these problems before I am without air, something I never want to exoerience again.

It was a bumpy process dealing with substandard dispatcher on numerous occasions. I recommend after hrs response service. She guarantees progress - linked me to the owner. The owner was very professional and attended to my concern immediately. The crew was very , very professional and utmost pleasant.

We called Expert Air Services in Naples to do routine maintenance as well as get an opinion on the condition of our 2 year old unit, as another company recommended replacing our compressor. Wade showed up on time, introduced himself, asked if he should take his shoes off (loved this!) and was ready to go to work. While he was conducting the maintenance of the handler, compressor and condensor, he welcomed my questions and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and what to do/look for to enhance the longevity of our HVAC units.
