I have two things to comment on: first - these guys stand behind their work. Had my brakes replaced 3 months ago and they started squeaking. Returned and they replaced both the pads and the rotors for free. That’s a good customer experience. Secondly- all props go to the office manager- Jeanneth! She is amazing. She clearly makes this place run. Great customer service. Great multitasking skills. Hopefully the owner truly understands how valuable she is!
I brought my car in to have them essentially look for problems with my car as I discovered a bald tire on my vehicle. They were able to provide me a very detailed yet understandable explanation of all the potential issues my vehicle had going on with the suspension and then the woman at the counter informed me that I didn't owe them anything since I didn't have them actually do work. I was prepared to pay the $159 for the diagnosis of the issue but they seem to have opted to not charge since they didn't actually do any work to the car.
