Louis came out within 2 hours of my call even though it was 6pm. We told him the horrible problems we had been experiencing with our current situation. My father is 95 years old and on oxygen and we had been trying to get a warranted part for 2 weeks! Louis gave us an honest proposal on 2 different brands of A/C replacements and promised we would have air conditioning the next day. His crew was very professional and polite, cleaned up after installation, answered all our questions and had the old system out and the new system installed and cooling in 7 hours ?!! Highly recommended Day and Night to anyone.
