They take the time to listen and help, whether it's finding a replacement frame or adjusting new frames to fit existing lenses. The staff, including Teri, Rosie, Anselmo, and Joseph Acuna, demonstrate impressive work ethic and skills, making customers feel valued and appreciated. Overall, Costco Optical Department is highly recommended for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Naples Warehouse Optical Department Staff: Exeptional!Excellent service, thank you so much! Everyone was helping me out in a very friendly and professional way. Broke my sunglasses shortly before I had to flew back to Switzerland. The staff members ROSIE, ANSELMO and TERI were doing their very best and made it possible that I received my special sunglasses frame just in time, before I had to leave. So it was only because of their unselfish and impressing workethic. I am so thankful, wanted to tip these nice people but they refused to accept the money. The opticians at this location are generally super efficient and busy. They have very heavy traffic with people looking to them to get help. We always find them courteous and delightful in the past 8 years as we frequent this location. What prompt me to wanting to recognize them today is that Joseph Acuna the optician there went out of his way to solve my problem of my broken eyeglasses frame. He spent the time to look for a replacement frame even though my broken frame is not available anymore.
