I’ve been a Cool Zone customer for many years under their service contract, and overall I’ve always had good experiences. Recently, Orlando came to install a UV light for my system. While he was here, I mentioned a separate issue that ideally should have been addressed during regular maintenance visits in the past.
Orlando took the time to carefully assess the problem, make sure it was corrected, and ensure that everything was working properly before he left. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right.

I have been using Cool Zone for years now and I’ve been very very pleased and highly satisfied with their work. Today I had a delightful technician Jacob Cuevas. He was very professional, very polite, very friendly and very knowledgeable about my system. I want Jacob to be my technician in the future. Great job!
