This was a first visit. I had requested a cleaning and was given an appointment for a cleaning. About an hour into the appointment, I was told they had to make a cleaning plan? Seriously? I've been getting 6 month cleanings for many years, never heard that before. My teeth didn't need a deep cleaning just a normal one.
The young woman who took my xrays didn't seem to care about her patient. Not sure if she likes her job.
They asked for a payment for xrays. My insurance has always paid for them.
