We have used Captain Steamer for years at many of the properties we manage through RE/MAX and they do a Great Job! Today Jason and crew cleaned some tile flooring that came out great. They showed up right on time and get the job done correctly!
I just spoke with a gentleman from Captain Steamer who after a few questions was able to advise me that it was not probable that a stain could be removed. I appreciate it when a company is upfront and candid about the potential for a less than satisfactory result. He was quick to respond to my call and professional in his response.
