I brought my Mercedes here, seeking an alternative to a local dealer's high pricing and sometimes inconsistent quality of work. When the 10K service was completed, the manager Greg, reviewed all the areas of service with me, which included images of each step. The process was informative & thorough. During the review, the shop identified an oil seal leak that the dealer completely missed during a previous full inspection (a big surprise for me!). Finding this issue was a real plus, given I am planning on keeping the vehicle long term. The shop assisted me in providing details for the warranty work which took multiple steps to get completed.

I had some work done on my Porsche. I replaced my active rear spoiler with a fix aftermarket one, which required re-coding of the system (clear faults) they took care of it. I would NOT hesitate to bring my cars back here. These people know their business there are a few others I know, that also bring their Porsche here, I now know why.
