The meals were tasty and not too salty. That is a plus when you are managing high blood pressure. They are convenient to grab and take to work instead of the frozen meals from the grocery store that are laden with sodium and preservatives. The cost was fine a the beginning, but without special offers it got to be too expensive for me.

Most of these reviews are extremely unfair. Yeah the food is expensive, but you're getting gourmet meals that are super fresh. On top of that, you are getting access to a dietitian that is available within hours. That alone is worth the cost. Obviously, there are going to meals that you don't like. That's why they make it very easy to change your meals around so that you can choose what you eat. And there's a huge countdown timer on your personal page that let's you know exactly how much time you have to the second to make changes to your order or skip a week. I've used Bistro MD since October 2022. A perfect record and great food. They had a good website which they tried to improve in November. It was a total disaster installation with NO backup plan in sight. They should have reinstalled the old system. So far I have not seen at least 10 weekly missed deliveries since. They reimburse you immediately which is great but I am trying to diet and doing well, without these interruptions I would be doing so much better, Just last week my wife did not get her order which was confirmed.
