I went to Berman Physical Therapy for help w a very sore and stiff back, as well as bad tendonitis in my wrist. My wrist was so sore I couldn’t participate in any of my favorite activities, cycling, tennis or golf.
I was evaluated and a plan was made to strengthen my core and rebuild the muscles the wrist and forearm, to relieve my tendonitis symptoms.
Jake Berman and his team of therapists were 100% successful in getting me active again!
My wrist feels awesome, no pain ! And my core is now strong and able provide stability to relieve my over worked and strained back.

Saying Jake Berman performs magic is not fair, but it IS pretty magical how he “fixes” old injuries, things that hurt and weaknesses keeping you from doing the things you love. He is a highly skilled, personable, very intelligent and super thoughtful professional. If you’re willing to work with him and his team, he can actually get you back where you want to be. Personally, he helped me with an old shoulder injury that was chronically painful, a really dodgy knee that was hurting badly, and some cranky forearms. Give him a few sessions, do your homework (there is no easy button), and be amazed. Enjoy the magical healing power of Berman Physical Therapy.
I initially saw Jake for right hip pain that bothered me for probably 3 years. I had tried other therapies with no permanent relief. I saw Jake and within 6 weeks with a combination of office visits and “homework”, I was pain free. Jake has also helped me with shoulder/scapula pain which is greatly improved. I have worked with David also with the same great results for a left hip issue. These guys know their stuff!!
