I inquired about getting help with my gut issues, brain fog, and weight loss consulting in January this year and ended up doing their 12 week program. After finishing the 12 weeks program all my bloodwork numbers were greatly improved, I lost a bunch of weight, brain fog was gone, I had way less inflammation, I gained muscle, slept better, and had energy to wake up and go walking every morning because I finally felt good! Berman Health and Wellness has greatly impacted my life. Beginning my journey, I was dealing with lots of inflammation and not very structured meals. With the help of their team, I am not aware of the foods that fuel my body to perform at my best.
