Bates Electric was customer service focused. They came to my residence promptly, addressed my smoke alarm issues, installed new units and towed-up to make sure all circuits were working properly. I am very satisfied with Bates in Naples, FL and our service electrician Alex was great. Will definitely use Bates in the future.

I was looking to install an interlock kit prior to hurricane season in south Florida for a generator. Found SWFL Electric and decided to get a quote. Bert the electrician came out and went to great lengths to explain the whole process and I didn't feel pressured at all to accept the quote. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. A week later they came out and the job was done in an hour and a half. Highly recommended! I haven't tried to use the interlock yet but I know they have a 3 year warranty if anything goes wrong!

Had Bates put a long run of fiber optic cable in my house in North Naples FL this morning. The service tech, Alex, showed up on time and had the right tools and equipment to do the job. I would recommend them and would use them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
