Ryan was amazing today! We have had an ongoing electrical issue in our main bedroom but we are rarely here for long enough to figure out the issue. I called Bates and Ryan had it solved within 5 minutes. Issue resolved and I only wish we would have called earlier.
Bates has done a few other projects in the past for us and we are always super happy with their work and their response. I can't recommend them enough!
