My mom was under hospice care in my home just over 2 years. We had the privilege of receiving the most compassionate and supportive care during this time. They offered us all kinds of services for mind, body, soul and were just a phone call away any time of the day or night to help or reassure of answer questions. My mom loved her visits from her nurse who she called her "friend". There is no way we would have been able to go through this season without them and highly recommend them.
My wife receives Hospice care while in her memory care unit. After years of being her caregiver ,the Hospice experience has allowed me to be her husband once more. Weekly visits by her nurse followed immediately by a telephone report of her condition, and constant reminders that I can call Avow at anytime give me great comfort. In addition to the care my wife receives, I feel I have been given back a part of my life that had been missing.

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Avow. Their honesty, compassion and dedication is above exceptional. Even though we only used them for a week, my dad was in our house and nurses and aides were here every day, sometimes 3 times per day, at various hours. Everyone was so kind and responsive to all my phone calls. Do not hesitate to call Avow for assessment and care of your loved one when the time comes.
