I am a realtor, and many of my customers have used Phil’s home inspection services. Phil is very detail oriented and has many times found roof leaks or other defects that saved my customers a lot of money. Most recently he inspected a house that came back on the market and that had just been inspected. He found a small roof leak (that had been there already a while) that the other inspector had missed! Phil is an amazing inspector and person in general. He was very thorough and took his time to look into everything which took a bit longer since it was a bigger house. He didnt rush it though and explained everything he found. He was a great guy the minute I called him and even gave a few pointers if I chose not to use him.
