I recently had my air conditioner fixed by Anew Air Heating & Cooling Inc, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were incredibly responsive and friendly. I spoke with the owner, Michelle Obryon, and Brittney, both of whom were very helpful. I called them a day before, and they managed to fit me into their schedule right away. They even offered to send someone immediately for an emergency, but I opted to wait until the next day. Mario was the technician who ended up fixing the air conditioner. He was quick and knowledgeable. Overall, their prompt and professional service was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! They replaced my 22 year old AC. Great experience from start to finish. These guys did everything right. Timely quote and answered my follow up questions. Explained options to help me make a decision that is right for me. Communicated status of equipment order frequently. Showed up on time, when they said they would. Treated property with respect, cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again.

Our air conditioner wasn’t working, thermostat displayed off. Tried changing the batteries but wouldn’t turn on. Called Anew, spoke with Britney. She explained how to reset the thermostat and it worked. Thanks Britney, exceptional service!
