Wow, and amazing customer experience! I shopped several companies and decided to go with Always On Generators LLC. One because the owner William came to my house, who really new his business. They were great on the cost compared to a lot of companies, and they are locally owned business, which I want to support. Installed in two days, a great crew from start to finish. Damien arrived a little early which was out of the norm for most service contractors. He knew his craft and was very efficient at doing his work as well as explaining everything he did to our equipment.
We had an appt set up for “Always On” to fix a fault and do routine maintenance on our Generac. As it turns out, we lost power so they came sooner. Fixed a mfg defect and did extensive maintenance on the generator. Friendly, explained what the issue was and how they were going to fix it, super professional and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience. I highly recommend them.
