I called asking for help in finding the answer to a water intrusion mystery. A mystery because the area is only intermittently wet. Is it a roof or plumbing issue? John came by within 2 hours, explained the appropriate process and assured me that a solution will be reached through the most economical process of elimination.

We have a leaky shower pan dripping into the first floor ceiling. I called several companies for mold testing. By far, John was the friendliest and most knowledgeable of the people I spoke to. He took the time to explain the best way to approach our problem, and the right order to do it in. The tech who performed the testing, Scott, was very friendly. Highly recommend!
