I question the authenticity of these five-star reviews. After spending hundreds of dollars, I finally found a competent doctor who provided effective treatment and helped me fully recover within just one month. If you're not seeing improvement within a couple of weeks, it may be time to consider a different provider. She has been advertising in Natural Awakenings for decades, which seems to be her main way of attracting new clients. Interestingly, despite referring many people to her over the years, I’ve never heard of any of them recommending her to others—or even returning to her themselves.

After waiting for 2 months for a scheduled new patient phone call to get help with my pain, they only do these calls on Thursdays, I was informed that I am not on their schedule and cannot see the doctor. The doctor decided to take a month off, which is fine, but didn't give me any viable options for being seen earlier. So my 2 appointments were taken off the schedule and now I have to start from the beginning again, by scheduling another new patient phone call and 1st visit. I've been waiting for 2 1/2 months for that initial appt, now I have to wait for another 2 months for that appt again. That will be almost 5 months since I called them to help with my cronic pain....read full review

Last October I fell on concrete resulting in a direct blow-injury to my right knee. The orthopedic dr told me it would be approximately 3 months before I would be pain free/healed.I was pain free within 6 weeks after being treated by Dr Chen. She is amazing. Best acupuncture doctor in the area.
