From start to finish this was a smooth transaction. We had several companies come out to give us estimate- that never even sent an estimate over. Fence showed up and gave us the estimate the same day , we immediately signed and within a few weeks our privacy fence was up!! They handled HOA forms and permits, making everything very stress free for us. They showed up in the morning and knocked out the fence the same day. All the neighbors have come by to admire the fence from the outside - but we opted for a privacy fence/ board on board option so no peeping inside the yard no more ! A great experience from the salesman coming out for a quote all the way through the install. Price was better than other quotes. Was easy to schedule the install which was pretty quick. The installers were very knowledgeable and happy to address any concerns and questions I had. When they completed their work we had a walk through and made sure I understood everything. I don’t normally leave reviews. I expect to get what I pay for. I only leave reviews when I get above expected service or pitiful service. From beginning to end it was above expectations. I would recommend them and certainly hire them again if needed.
Family fence did an outstanding job. First off, the quality of the fence material they installed is clearly superior to other products I’ve seen in the neighborhood. The next thing that really impressed me, was we ran into a problem with my gate because the slope of the side of our house was so steep. With 1 phone call Greg was able to find a good solution that fit the gate properly, didn’t leave a gap, and left everything looking & operating perfectly. Lastly, their quotes were significantly more affordable than other quotes I received. 10/10 would recommend them, they checked all the boxes for me and delivered on promises as expected.
