This place takes care of their customers. I refuse to buy lawn equipment from the big box home improvement centers because it is low quality. I would much rather invest in better quality stuff that lasts a minimum of 5-10 times longer than low-end equipment that sells for less up front. In reality it only costs about 40-50% more as an initial investment than the junk you get from the retailers. If you need service or have warranty issues you just bring it back and they handle it (don't even get me started on the hassle involved with dealing with the other guys).
