Fast friendly knowledgeable. They were the only shop around town that would work on my Murray lawn mower under the warranty and they made the drop off easy and fast even helped me unload it from my truck.
I came here because Homedepot no longer does tool repair and they referred me here. They cleaned the carburetor on my pressure washer for a fair enough price and the customer service was great. I will be coming back to have them change the blade on my riding lawnmower next.
I had warranty work done on my Honda equipment at Able & Willing Small Engine Repair and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They handled everything professionally from start to finish and made the entire warranty process simple and stress free.
Communication was clear, turnaround time was fair, and the repair was done right. It is hard to find shops that actually stand behind their work and treat customers with respect, but these guys do.
