My Mother was injured during the care of their staff, and lied by omission about the incident. When filing a complaint with them, their only solution was not to have My Mother as a client. Their employees were late on arrival for every scheduled care. After speaking with the Director, I believe any issues I may have had have been corrected. Mistakes, accidents happen..How you handle the aftermath can make or break you. Waterman Village Home Health Care Has met my expectations of quality care.
